HUMUV does not provide medical advice or emergency monitoring. Do not send recordings, symptoms, or sensitive health details through an early-access form.
Beta feedback
If invited to a beta, use the feedback channel included with that invitation. Include phone model, operating-system version, app version, and steps to reproduce a problem—without sharing bedroom audio.
How to reach us
Email support@humuv.com. That mailbox is monitored by HUMUV LLC and is the only support channel we publish today: there is no phone line, and we do not handle support through social accounts. Please do not attach audio or medical records.
Privacy and data requests
Send access, correction, and deletion requests to privacy@humuv.com, which reaches the same team. We reply within 30 days. The privacy page explains what the early-access form stores and for how long.
